Facilities assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant who is passionate and driven to support our clients day to day operations and supporting the team in completing various tasks, meeting various KPIs and SLAs. 

 Responsibilities:

Carrying out general administration tasks. Utilising your skills on MS Outlook and MS Excel. Using Maximo, matrix and other software where full training will be given Issuing building passes Taking queries from site staff and following up on any issues raised. Raising Work orders for Mitie/ or relevant contractors + keeping staff informed of progress Stationery orders/ consumables. Being a First Aider and Fire Warden to be a go-to person for any issues or questions.  Managing room bookings  and carpark management Unlocking and locking building (SIA required) on an ad-hoc basis. 

 

What we are looking for:

Previous experience within Security, Administration or equivalent would be desirable.  Excellent people skills with great communication. Strong computer proficiency with MS Office packages.  Some knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Desirable knowledge of Building Services (Hard and Soft Services).
