The role will include hospitality, janitorial and frontline customer services.  **What You’ll Do:** Respond to client inquires and concerns, ensuring prompt and quality service delivery and conduct follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Resetting and cleaning of lobby and other common spaces, meeting rooms, conference areas and hotel desks. Will include spot cleaning of glass surfaces and use of vacuum for pre and post event resetting. Maintenance of client amenities, including stocking of beverage/snack areas, daily and weekly coffee machine cleaning and busing of break area dish returns. Cleaning of microwaves, kitchen equipment, running dishwasher and clearing the catering space after use. Setting up and cleaning outdoor common spaces. This will include furniture moving to reconfigure space for events, use of broom or blower to clear leaves and wiping of outdoor dining tables. Assisting in setting up catering and drinks for meetings are per requests. Including back of house housekeeping, housekeeping for site and collecting mugs, dishes, catering etc. Setting up meeting room configuration as per client requirements, confirm bookings and pack down and reset of spaces where required. Create work orders and manage using CMMS system. Escort vendor technicians to aid FMs and MT’s with reactive or planned vendor work. Maintain records such as work orders, proposals, and department files. Create vendor files and check the accuracy of the completed paperwork. Ensure vendors understand work order and billing procedures. Assist with the inspections on the facility campus. Capability to understand and interpret instructions and correspondence, with the confidence to ask questions to ensure comprehension. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/ or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal colleagues. Basic analytical abilities and knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Capability to comprehend and execute general instructions and solve problems in common situations.  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word and Outlook. Decision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve goals and deadlines.
