Description We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwich, Connecticut. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and providing basic IT support to end users. Responsibilities: • Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating setups • Ensure office equipment such as printers, scanners, and shredders are maintained and functioning properly. • Manage employee workstation adjustments, including moves, additions, and changes. • Assist in handling termination processes and ensuring proper equipment retrieval. • Provide basic IT support to end users, troubleshooting minor issues as needed. Requirements • Familiarity with basic office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of IT systems and end-user support. • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
