Facilities and Product Support Analyst

This is an interesting role combining standard support related tasks, administration, and manual handling of goods and products.
As a Facilities & Product Support Analyst, you'll be working in an operations environment and be expected to perform both manual handling of goods as well as administration. You will be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify accurate recording of goods received, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Job responsibilities
Manual handling and movement of goods working alongside colleagues across the siteTimely and accurate capture of actions/transactions in company systems, communication and escalation of discrepanciesCompletion and reconciliation of processes to ensure that activity has been recorded accuratelyCollaborate effectively with other facilities and operations teams to support successful outcomesEnsure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basisAdherence to compliance and operational risks in accordance with JP Morgan regulatory standards, policies and practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
