Job Description Facilities & Maintenance Manager
 
We're looking for a hands on Facilities & Maintenance Manager who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our technical installations, buildings, and port facilities are safe, reliable, and well-maintained. From leading first-line repairs and coordinating larger projects to managing inspections, compliance, and reporting. 
 
What you'll be doing:
Take ownership of planned and emergency maintenance across technical systems, buildings, berths, and port facilities. Lead inspections, statutory checks, and repairs on equipment, utilities, and infrastructure ensuring everything works as it should. Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and your own team to deliver timely, sustainable solutions. Lead, coach, and inspire the workshop team, helping them grow while keeping operations running efficiently. Manage spare parts and stock, keeping our maintenance warehouse organised and ready. Support planning, investment proposals, and future upgrades to keep our facilities one step ahead. Why this role matters:
