FACILITIES AND BUILDING MAINTANANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum requirements:
Matric and post matric qualification would be beneficial  Minimum 2 years of experience within the Property Industry  Ensure the smooth operation of all maintenance activities within the organization Responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing work orders, maintaining records, and liaising with both internal teams and external vendors Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in facilities management or a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with maintenance management software Key duties include tracking preventive maintenance, processing invoices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting the maintenance team with administrative needs Maintenance Administrator will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime, optimizing resources, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting maintenance operations MDA property management program would be a plus  Consultant: Amelia Dienie - Dante Personnel Cape Town
