**Job Description Summary:**
The Facilities Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing all financial and leasing metrics while assembling summary reporting that drives decision making and actions for the Facilities Team. This requires a proactive, strategic thinker with high level experience and skills serving as the primary point of contact for the global investor community. This role is accountable for creating and presenting reports for Management.
**Job Description:**
**Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)**
+ Prepare and maintain month-end financials for facilities Team
+ Create monthly reporting for spend analysis, trending, comparing spend to budget/forecast
+ Process requests for Capital Expenditures, while tracking spend on all capital projects in coordination with Finance
+ Active participant in department budget creation and spend management efforts.
+ Analyze spending patterns to project future spend per category and location
+ Manage internal process for new Project Requests, including obtaining approvals and tracking list of open projects.
+ Schedule internal meetings to review new Project Requests
+ Manage Leasing Summary information based on upcoming lease transactions including new agreements and renewal/extension agreements

**Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 3+ years of progressive financial and analytics responsibilities with experience in creating and presenting data-driven recommendations
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Experience and success serving as an independent contributor, with strong examples of cross functional partnership.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skill set; ability to take large volumes of information and present it in a clear and concise manner to management
+ Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
**Travel Requirements: (if required)**
+ Ability to travel out of state 1-2 times per year
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $57,187.58-$95,312.63
