The Facilities Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management function. This role ensures the efficient coordination of facility services through accurate record-keeping, vendor communication, service request tracking, and internal coordination. The position supports timely responses to building needs and contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC.
Key Job Functions
Maintain accurate records related to facility operations, work orders, and service documentationTrack and manage Service Request System (SRS) entries and updates, including integration with MaximoCoordinate communication with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholdersSupport scheduling, follow-ups, and status reporting for maintenance and facility service requestsAssist facilities leadership with administrative coordination and reporting as requiredEnsure timely processing and closure of service requests to support operational efficiencyQualificationsDetail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skillsPunctual, reliable, and efficient in task executionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency with facility management systems and administrative toolsAdditional InformationCOMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
