Duties & Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectationsCoordinates timely end-to-end completion of Reactive Work Requests raised by Customers in Bangkok HubProvide administrative support to team including seeking client approval as required by Facilities CoordinatorsAssists with the documentation of processes, projects, reports and meeting materials.Provide assistance to the facility management team as needed or requested from time to time.Manage & maintain facility management Reactive Maintenance Database, including the efficient completion of Work Requests.Assist management and staff with coordination of purchasing, Vendor sourcing and registration as necessary. Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, including Operations and Financial audits.Support the management team in managing contractor operation to maintain compliance with all safety requirements.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must possess a demonstrated ‘can-do’ attitude and thrive on challengesMinimum of 2 years’ experience required in a customer service environment. Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on supporting a teamPossess strong written, verbal and people skills.Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.Prioritize and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software that may be required.Competent writing and presentation skills (in English)Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and WordBasic business finance knowledge preferredKnowledge in the technical and contractor management.Location:
