How You’ll Make an Impact   

Facilitate classroom instruction, virtual training, team meetings and hands-on labs to develop participants' skillsManage learning environments by tracking attendance, addressing behaviors and documenting performanceComplete all administrative duties including class preparation, schedule administration and participant record maintenanceFollow facilitator guides to lead learners through activities, discussions and debriefs while providing actionable feedbackTroubleshoot technical issues and maintain learning labs to ensure current equipment and configurationsCoach learner’s one-on-one to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement within roles, processes or systemsAssist the curriculum development team as a Subject Matter Expert and participate in committees, task forces and team meetings

Education   

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience

Experience 

3+ years of training delivery experience at the professional level or equivalent3+ years of experience in the functional area or business unit
