Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** **Summary:** Manage assignments for installations, conversions and upgrades, and develop implementation plans that ensure minimal impact on end users. + Collaborate on needs analysis for customer service, upgrades or changes to systems.Recommend cost-effective hardware/software solutions.Manage multiple projects, often through subordinate project managers. + Ensure resources and organization structure are in place and operating effectively; and anticipate conflicting needs and proactively resolving them. + Direct, develop, and present to management various analyses that include organization, systems, feasibility and cost/benefit studies, implementation plans. + Exercise judgment and influence on key technical decisions, standards, policies, environment selection, architecture, data flows and technical solutions. **Areas of Expertise:** + Planning and Business Intelligence + Project Management, Scoping, and Requirements gathering + Solution and financial impact analysis (ROI) for EDM Submissions for Encounters + Understanding Agile project management and SDLC + Business Application Implementation + Enterprise stationing solutioning of surrounding applications and platforms to Facets + Expert knowledge base in Facets 6.0 and higher + Expert knowledge base in Facets Core Batch architecture with core and custom functionalities + Facets Eco Systems and integration with Core Facets + EDI knowledge base of 276/277, 837I, 837P, 835, + Facets Workflow Process + Knowledge base of custom and staging DB in Facets Core **Technical Skills:** + **Applications** : Cognizant Facets 6.1r1 and higher, Facets HIPPA Gateway, MS SQL + **Healthcare Domains** : Membership, Billing, Claims, Provider, Utilization Management, Sales & Underwriting, Plan/Product Configuration, Customer Service, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Clearing Houses, Shared Accumulators, Claims loading and Processing. + **Databases:** Microsoft SQL Server and Tableau + **Operating System:** MS Windows, Google Workspace, and Jira **Responsibilities:** + Support client and regulatory requirements. + Develop scope and estimation efforts for Facets implementations of existing clients and new business. + Develop estimates and planning models for Facets upgrades on an annual basis. + Provide Technical solution development for various project and vendor implementations. + Create and build end to end process flows to support business flows and workflow changes. + Responsible for production triage and steady state support + Oversee project team and assign out analysis deliverables to support project timelines. + Ensure regulatory deliverables are met on time and in accordance with timely submissions. + Meet with client leaders and project stakeholders with recommendations and path forward for business needs and regulatory changes. + Propose solutions once all necessary requirements have been shared and documentation artifacts have been created. + Analyze current state technical solutions and help develop a roadmap for future state architecture and enhancements. + Adopt Agile methodology principles and help new associates become efficient in process. + Assign and delegate work as necessary to support workstream alignment across Enrollment/Claims/Reporting/Fulfillment/ and Configuration. + Analyze current project portfolio and provide recommendations for in flight and future state planned projects to Ascension Insurance Senior Leadership Team. + Support Client changes and needs on an annual benefit basis. + Serve as a liaison between vendor and operations to support new implementations and day to day support. + Work with Ascension Technologies development team to ensure design and ETE solution will be met based on development SDLC + Serve as a conduit between Ascension Technologies and Business stakeholders upon business signoff and project Go-Lives. + Support Production and Warranty periods after new implementations are live. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred. Education: + High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
