**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking an entry-level Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be trained in our processes and have the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have some experience from a trades program or basic on-the-job experience. We value personality and soft skills, and we are looking for someone who fits well with our team culture, is willing to learn, and can take direction effectively. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate custom parts using thin gauge material in the manufacturing process of ventilation and dust collection systems. + Possibly weld stainless and carbon steel, including light gauge materials. + Read prints, perform layout, tack, and weld seams. + Utilize shears, press brakes, grinders, rollers, saws, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment. + Work with personalized 16 to 14 gauge sheet metal and duct work. + Demonstrate excellent tape measure ability and some blueprint reading experience. **Essential Skills** + Experience with metal fabrication and fabrication equipment. + Ability to read blueprints. + Skills in operating press machines, plasma cutters, drills, saws, and other metal fabricating tools. + MIG welding proficiency. + Experience with sheet metal work. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a great culture that offers opportunities to grow in your role or explore new departments. As a job shop, we create many 'one-off' products, so adaptability to different needs and product requirements is essential. Our shop is new and provides a pleasant working environment. We are looking for highly motivated employees willing to cross-train and assist wherever needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
