**Fabricator** 1st Shift: 6am-4pm Monday-Friday **Job Description** This role is for a custom fabricator. The candidate will be responsible for working with a small team to determine the best way to create custom fabrications. There are no blueprints, so candidates must be able to think critically and problem solve. The candidate will operate a welding machine, press brake, plasma cutter, Hurco mill, drill press, and other equipment. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with a small team to determine fabrication methods. + Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create custom fabrications without blueprints. + Operate various equipment including welding machines, press brakes, plasma cutters, Hurco mills, and drill presses. + Perform welding and fabrication tasks, including MIG welding and TIG welding. + Ensure the accuracy and quality of fabricated components. **Essential Skills** + Fabrication + Welding + MIG welding + Custom fabrication + TIG welding + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + 1+ years of on-the-job fabrication experience **Why Work Here?** Overtime is built into the schedule, providing ample opportunity for additional earnings. The facility is extensive, spanning two buildings and a storage yard. While all work is done indoors, the job can be dirty. The environment can be chilly in the winter and warmer in the summer. Safety is the number one priority, and the environment is very safe. Contractors must wear steel-toed boots, and the company provides all other necessary PPE, including fluorescent vests, safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, and ear plugs. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
