Summary: Seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder experienced in GMAW welding and blueprint interpretation for contract work.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with GMAW (MIG welding) in 2G position
Proficiency with plasma cutter & acetylene torch
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Skills:
FCAW welding experience in 3G and/or 4G position
Knowledge of ASW Standard D11 code
Familiarity with weld symbols
Responsibilities:
Read fabrication drawings and use tape measure (to 1/32")
Interpret and execute welding procedures, including machine setup
Use basic hand tools, jigs & fixtures for assembly and welding operations
Cut materials for fabrication; layout, position, and secure parts as specified
Tack welds, weld components, clean, inspect all welds
Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy according to specifications
Pay: 20-25

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
