Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Fabrication Welder. This role involves welding and assembling components for a proprietary system designed to remove residual water from fire sprinkler systems, enabling clean and efficient replacements. Daily Responsibilities:  Welding: Perform welding on steel and stainless steel parts for the product.  Machining & Shaping: Use power tools and machining equipment to accurately shape materials.  Component Assembly: Assemble parts according to design specifications.  Work Area Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organized.  Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management.  Additional Tasks: Support other duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements - Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques (1 year) - Experience with power and machine tools (drill press, chop saw, bandsaw, grinder, shear, break, etc.) - Ability to read and understand various measuring devices (tape measure, caliper, etc.) - Aptitude to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues as they arise - Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) (certification NOT required) - Able to work independently and on a team - Self-motivated and shows initiative in taking on new projects during times where welding may be a little slow, we expect this person to pitch in their time with other warehouse teams - Excellent communication skills - Positive can-do attitude - Ability to multi-task several projects - Must be able to lift 50 pounds null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
