Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment, understand technical instructions, and troubleshoot basic issues. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems related to production, equipment, or quality. Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully follow instructions, inspect products for defects, and maintain accurate records. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks. Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and regulations. Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing production processes. 


Work Experience

Knowledge of reading a tape measure, standing on feet for 10-12 hours a day, is required. Steel-toe boots, preferably metatarsal, are necessary. The position involves working 5 days a week, with the possibility of some Saturdays.
