This role involves reading diagrams, operating industrial sewing machines, measuring, cutting, and maintaining equipment while ensuring quality standards are met.  Responsibilities: Assist in the layout and maneuvering of industrial grade fabrics used to produce geo-synthetic tubes and other high strength woven fabricsFold, gather, and feed materials for the sever to join fabricsObserve stitching to detect defects due to workmanship or machine malfunctionObserve fabrics for visual flaws in fabrics used in productionOperate forklift and pole truck  Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to follow instructions and retain routine processesAbility to read and understand documents, safety rules and procedure manualsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions furnishedAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsForklift experience a plusAbility to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100lbs  Benefits and Perks: $18+/hr based on experience and wage increase after 90 days, and then yearlyMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401k w/ company matchOpportunity for long-term employment Your New Organization:A well-established manufacturing facility producing customer industrial fabric products with a strong focus on precision, quality, and safety.
