As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of welders and fabrication personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency are met. You will champion interdepartmental communication, oversee daily operations, and help drive continuous improvement across fabrication processes.ResponsibilitiesReview daily production logs and lead shift-to-shift communicationSupervise, support, and develop hourly production team membersAssign daily tasks to welders and oversee fabrication activities (fit-up, welding, lifting)Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper equipment use, and housekeeping standardsMonitor and ensure timely, high-quality production outputCollaborate with departments such as welding, shipping, maintenance, paint, blast, and laser to meet production goalsMaintain accurate records of production and employee performanceTrain new welders on safety and welding techniquesReport production status, delays, or equipment issues at daily production meetingsEvaluate employee performance, promote accountability, and support skill developmentLead efforts to implement and uphold safety policies and proceduresQualifications and RequirementsProven experience in a fabrication or welding leadership roleStrong understanding of welding standards, fabrication processes, and safety regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and coordinate with multiple departmentsExperience training and evaluating employeesHigh attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safetyBenefits and PerksCompetitive salary based on experienceFull benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchProfessional development and leadership growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team cultureYour New Organization

The base pay range for this position is $80k-$105k/annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
