Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (OT as needed)

We’re hiring an entry-level Fabrication Associate to support pipe fabrication operations at a busy facility in Asheland VA. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid of physical work and is looking to grow in a long-term industrial setting.
Set up and operate pipe fabrication machinery
Measure and cut pipe using band saws, torches, and Landis machines
Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
Roll, groove, thread, and bevel pipe as needed
Move and organize loose and bundled pipe within the yard
Assemble pipe orders (single sticks or bundles) for storage or shipment
Keep work areas and supplies organized and clean
Follow all safety procedures for cutting, assembling, and transporting materials
Operate forklifts and other powered equipment per OSHA and company guidelines
What You Need to Bring:Comfortable working in a warehouse/fabrication environment
Able to read and use a tape measure with accuracy
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift
Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
