Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Fabrication Manager.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required
+ Prioritize workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet delivery deadlines
+ Identify all tools required for tasks
+ Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks
+ Responsible for performance metrics, process improvement, and lean thinking
+ Prepare, fabricate, install, and fit pipe to specifications
+ Install valves, hangers, supports, flanges inside piping system according to plans, and applicable specifications
+ Perform test to ensure the quality of the pipe and the piping systems
+ Hoist loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, cables, and other rigging equipment
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience as a job site foreman, fab shop supervisor, or project manager
+ 10 years minimum experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry
+ Ability to read prints and illustrate detailed knowledge of pipe fitting procedures and skills
+ Previous experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry with pipe fitting processes preferred
+ Welding experience is a plus but not required
+ Must have good problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individual contributors, teams, peers, and leadership

**Pay Range:**

$3,712.50 - $8,167.50

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
