Fabrication Detailer Job DescriptionProvide detailing and design support for VDC/BIM models of HVAC systems.Coordinate across MEP contractors and departments to develop effective and practical designs for building purposes.Review and redline drawings and make revisions based on building specifications.Work with engineers and the VDC team to effectively coordinate drawings and plans to the fabrication shop.Assist in field measurements.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design and coordination.Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree or equivalent on-the-job training in design.0-3 years of relevant experience.Experience in fabrication design and mechanical engineering is a plusWork Environment

This role involves computer design work at a desk with some fieldwork for measurements. The position offers support and training for entry-level candidates, working on interesting projects such as hospitals, natural history museums, and historical buildings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $38.00/hr.
