Fabrication Coordinator - 2nd Shift

The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

We are looking for a Fabrication Coordinator to join our team!   This position will be based in our Roebuck, SC plant.   


Shift Hours:     2pm-10pm

Hourly Rate:     $24.56 plus $1.25 hourly shift differential



You will have an impact by having the following qualifications:

 Basic Qualifications

2+ years of experience in ManufacturingKnowledge on all operations in the area, material flow and SAP transactionsReach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.an

Responsibilities

Understanding and ensuring schedule is followed as planned.Ensuring material flow through the areas and coordinates employees to fulfill the schedule of work and covers any position in the lineWorking along with materials and other production areas to receive the right mix of material based on the scheduleReporting of any shortage to Group Leader or Supervisor to prevent a stop in production\Realizing SAP transactions before, during and after the production process.Actively participating in the CIP Team / ProjectsApplying 5S, 7 Wastes and other Lean principlesActively taking part in the cleaning of equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.Accessing and utilizing documents using of computers, associated with the manufacture of products (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)Performing other work as directed by Supervision
