Job Description

As the OT Application Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, driving the adoption of touchless manufacturing and autonomous operations with command center program. You will own and innovate scalable applications within the business unit, ensuring their performance, reliability, and alignment with our vision of touchless autonomous supply chain operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Command Center Integration: Spearhead the integration of applications into the command center ecosystem, ensuring seamless real-time monitoring and autonomous decision-making capabilities.

Champion Digital Transformation: Drive the evolution of applications towards touchless operations by leveraging AI and advanced technologies, aligning with our strategic vision of autonomous manufacturing.

Innovate Automation Solutions: Develop and implement cutting-edge automation strategies for OT applications, enhancing efficiency and scalability while reducing manual interventions.

Ensure Operational Excellence: Provide Level 3 (L3) support and troubleshooting for managed applications, ensuring continuity and exceeding business expectations. Innovate support models for enhanced application resilience.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between P&G, vendors, and manufacturing sites to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with shared capabilities and transformative goals.

Cultivate Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the dissemination of expertise and best practices across the organization, empowering teams to embrace digital transformation and DevOps methodologies.

 

Job Qualifications

Industrial Automation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in industrial automation technology, particularly in PLC, SCADA, and related systems, with a vision for touchless operations.

Strategic IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT principles, information security, operational excellence, and IT stewardship, with an eye towards digital transformation.

Innovative Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to independently analyze complex business challenges, identify patterns, and communicate innovative solutions to non-IT stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with programming languages such as .NET/C#, SQL, and Microsoft Windows Administration, with a passion for algorithmic thinking and digital innovation.
