FIS Trax Application Specialist
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced FIS Trax Application Specialist to provide operational and technical support for the client’s FIS Trax payment factory solution. This role focuses on ensuring smooth payment processing, system reliability, and compliance with global banking standards while working closely with the client’s treasury and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities Application Support & Maintenance Monitor and maintain the client’s FIS Trax application environment. Support patches, upgrades, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability. Payment Processing & Connectivity Support payment workflows and bank connectivity setup and maintenance (SWIFT FIN/FileAct, Host-to-Host, SFTP). Ensure accurate integration of payment files to the bank. Integration & Reporting Ensure accurate integration of bank statements (MT940, CAMT.053, BAI2) with ERP and treasury systems. Generate operational reports and assist in reconciliation activities. Client Interaction & Documentation Act as a point of contact for client queries and incident resolution. Prepare documentation for processes, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Project Support Assist in onboarding new entities and implementing enhancements. Participate in UAT and regression testing for client-driven changes. Required Skills And Qualifications Hands-on experience with FIS Trax configuration and administration. Strong understanding of payment workflows, banking integrations, and financial messaging standards. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science. 3–5 years of experience preferably in FIS Trax or similar corporate treasury payment processing systems / Treasury Management System (FIS Quantum/FIS Integrity/ GTreasury/Kyriba)sss Preferred Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with client teams. KPIs And Performance Metrics System Uptime: Maintain 99.9% availability for client’s Trax platform. Payment Accuracy: Ensure 100% compliance with payment validation and fraud checks. Incident Resolution: Resolve critical issues within SLA (e.g., 4 hours for high-priority incidents). Change Management: Complete client-approved updates within agreed timelines without disruption. Connectivity Success Rate: Maintain 100% success for bank connectivity and file transmissions. Client Satisfaction: Achieve >90% satisfaction score in client feedback surveys. Compliance: Zero audit findings related to payment processing or security breaches.Employment Type: Full-Time
