Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? The F135 Program Execution Control Account Manager/L3 will take on a pivotal role that will challenge and inspire you. In this dual capacity, you will lead the management of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for associated labor accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project management initiatives that enhance data management processes and align organizational objectives with the F135 Sustainment value stream key processes. Additionally, the role will support the data integrity improvement plan and maintain organizational alignment with all key stakeholders to drive resolution of process deficiencies to improve product & process quality. **What You Will Do:** + Execute control account management function in accordance with Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly business rhythm, including but not limited to, calculating estimates to complete (ETCs), creating Budget Change Requests (BCR), identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting cost and schedule variances. + Support program reviews including but not limited to; EAC reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and IMS reviews. + Collaborate with F135 program management team to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Sustainment contract efforts. + Facilitate, and manage the integrated risk management process + Sustainment CPAR Management and CDRL schedule and delivery + Own and execute MAM and SSR processes **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations/Engineering, or other Program Management Disciplines, required + 8+ years of Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) required + At least 3 years of experience using SAP, or similar system required + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Experience with MS Office Tools + Ability to manage various tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines + Strong communication skills, verbal and written + Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes + Earned Value Management RAM compliance. + Demonstrated leadership experience in a formal capacity. + CORE Apprentice and/or Quality Management System certification preferred. **Learn More and Apply Now!** In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
