**What You Will Do**
+ Ensure customer satisfaction with regular daily tasks to support the Japanese Air Force. You will also support multiple face-to-face customer engagements each year (both in the US and Japan) and work closely with the United States Air Force as well as various Japanese entities who act collaboratively to support the JASDF.
+ Work with customers and the IPMT to ensure contract modifications and new contracts are negotiated and in place within lead time.
+ Ensure that logistics interface is provided with customers from flight line interface to Sustainment performance as appropriate for each customer
+ Ensure funding is identified to meet customer unique requirements
+ Manage customer specific business /operations metrics and forecasts.
+ Responsible for managing contract execution including profit and loss
+ Willingness to support after hours meetings in support of the local Japan time zone.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
+ Technical engine related experience is strongly preferred
+ 10 years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management or some combination or advance degree with 7 years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management or some combination
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
+ Travel is required 10%
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ International business experience or previous customer facing experience
+ Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
+ Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
+ Ability to analyze and facilitate high volume of customer technical requests
+ Experience in pricing strategy, negotiations, and contracts in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
+ Marketplace or Supply Chain experience
**What Is My Role Type?**

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
