On a typical day, you might extract insights from complex datasets, build business cases for new products or programs, and design and launch strategic pilots. About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Finance & Strategy to lead our Deal Desk and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy for restaurant merchants across Enterprise/Mid-Market and SMB segments. This is a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy, financial planning, and operational decision-making at a hyper-growth company.

In this role, you will: Lead and scale the Deal Desk function to support Sales teams with new restaurant merchant deals, renegotiations, and other commercial agreements across Marketplace, Commerce Platform, and emerging business lines. Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Strategy & Operations, Product, Accounting, and Finance to provide strategic insights and guide commercial decision-making. Develop and oversee advanced financial models, providing actionable analysis to balance growth, profitability, and risk. Drive initiatives that improve pipeline and portfolio performance, pricing strategies, policy frameworks, and other go-to-market processes. What we’re looking for 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, preferably in high-growth technology or platform companies. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience providing financial insights and recommendations for multiple teams or business initiatives. Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise, with experience building robust models for company-wide use. Familiarity with SQL or a strong willingness to learn. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a track record of delivering high-impact results.
