We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. We truly are a team, and we are selective as to who we add to that team. We look for people who love what they do, bring positive energy with them every day, and take pride in providing great customer service above all else.

Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction. Qualifications

Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting PreferredCDK experience a huge plus!Documentation of current and past performanceSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeedExcellent customer service and communication skillsExcellent grammar and writing skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment2+ years of dealership finance experience is requiredA team player focused on providing exemplary customer serviceSelf-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goal
