Qualifications:
2+ years Dealership F&I Manager REQUIRED Strong Customer Service Focus REQUIREDAttention to detail and CIT REQUIREDTeam player that works well with others REQUIREDSelf-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals REQUIREDCDK experience PREFERREDAcura/Highline experience PREFERREDReady to have fun while making customer happy REQUIRED!The California pay range for this position is $15,000.00-22,000.00 monthly.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
