Qualifications: + 2+ years Dealership F&I Manager REQUIRED + Strong Customer Service Focus REQUIRED + Attention to detail and CIT REQUIRED + Team player that works well with others REQUIRED + Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals REQUIRED + CDK experience PREFERRED + Acura/Highline experience PREFERRED + Ready to have fun while making customer happy REQUIRED! The California pay range for this position is $15,000.00-22,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
