What You Bring:Leadership experience in automotive sales or F&I preferred
Accurately process all purchase paperwork and meet compliance standards.
Submit deals, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding items.
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Solid communication and people skills—you know how to build trust
Comfortable with numbers, paperwork, and digital systems (ADP, banking platforms, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required licensing within 90 days
