As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day and strategic financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Audit & Compliance: + Prepare for and support annual financial audits + Coordinate with external CPA firm and ensure audit readiness + Maintain organized documentation for financial review Banking & Cash Management: + Manage daily banking activity + Perform cash flow monitoring and forecasting + Establish and maintain strong banking relationships Accounts Receivable & Collections: + Oversee invoicing and AR processes + Monitor aging reports and proactively handle collections + Post and deposit checks, wire transfers, and online payments Bank Reconciliations: + Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts and credit cards + Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly Budgeting & Forecasting: + Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with ownership + Create financial forecasts to support business planning + Monitor actuals vs. budget and report on variances + Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports + Generate custom reports to support decision-making Please email your resume direct to jill.orietas@roberthalf Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience + Strong background in accounting for construction, manufacturing, or supply/distribution + Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls + Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel + Experience with budgeting, and financial planning + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
