The Service Assistant Manager position we are recruiting for involves supporting the Manager and engaging in a wide range of duties. These include not only executing operations but also staff development, attendance management, and numerical management. As an entry point into management, this is the ideal position to build the foundation for a lasting career in the food and beverage department.
Assist the Manager in achieving seamless operations in line with The Tavern’s brand concept
Supervise and guide team members to ensure consistent delivery of service standards, providing training and coaching as needed
Plan and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
Strive for continuous improvement to elevate guest satisfaction and the overall dining experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Food Beverage (FB) industry
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
English proficiency at a conversational level or higher
A strong alignment with Andaz’s concept of providing personalized, unpretentious service that allows each guest to enjoy their stay in their own style
A passionate team builder who is dedicated to motivating and developing team members
