**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations & Service**
+ Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the F&B Manager, ensuring all team members are aware of operational updates.
+ Supervise daily outlet service and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
+ Resolve guest complaints promptly during the shift and log all incidents for follow-up.
+ Monitor standards of guest facilities, cleanliness, and service.
**Financial & Inventory Control**
+ Supervise cash handling, banking procedures, and prepare daily cash flow reports.
+ Instruct team on cash security procedures and deal with irregular payments.
+ Monitor stock control, storage, and security procedures.
+ Assist in menu and beverage list creation.
**Team Leadership**
+ Supervise team functions and allocate daily responsibilities.
+ Work with the F&B Manager on manpower planning, training, and development needs.
+ Support the preparation and management of the department budget.
**Skills & Requirements**
+ Previous F&B supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel environment.
+ Good literacy and numeracy skills.
+ Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift items up to 23 kg.
+ Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first approach.
