You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Team leader is responsible to serve Food Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. But it needs to meet the following requirements

Graduates within one year of graduation: Foreign graduates who have obtained a master's degree or above from overseas universities and graduated within one year, or foreign international students who have obtained a master's degree or above from universities in China and graduated within one year.Graduated over one year ago: Must possess a bachelor’s degree or above and have 2 years of relevant work experience.
