We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Team Leader to join our thriving establishment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an F&B Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a talented team of professionals.

Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfactionDevelop and implement strategies to enhance menu offerings and improve overall dining experienceManage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standardsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standardsCollaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and seasonal promotionsHandle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionallyConduct regular team training sessions to improve skills and maintain service excellenceAnalyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvementStay updated on local and international F&B trends to keep the offerings fresh and competitive

Qualifications3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with a proven track record in a leadership roleStrong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in menu planning, inventory management, and cost controlThorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standardsExperience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and budgeting toolsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredFood Safety Certification requiredKnowledge of current food and beverage trends, particularly in the Dubai marketFamiliarity with diverse culinary preferences and dietary restrictionsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
