Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a passionate and experienced Food Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and events operations. You will support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and uphold Hyatt’s premium service standards.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Supervise and support Food Beverage team members to deliver outstanding serviceOversee daily restaurant and event operationsManage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registersAssist with staff rostering and schedulingTrain and onboard new employees in line with Hyatt standardsEnsure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OHS requirementsSupport the implementation of Hyatt brand standards and service excellenceAbout You:
2 years minimum of experience as a Supervisor in a fast-paced 5 star hotel restaurant environmentMinimum 2 years of section waiter experienceAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidaysValid Victorian RSA certificateStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving ability and can do mindsetSound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage serviceLanglands Restaurant Bar
