Do you have a natural sense of hospitality and the ability to exceed guest expectations? Join us as F&B Supervisor at Grand Café Krasnapolsky – the vibrant heart of our hotel and a historic icon in Amsterdam. From morning coffee to Afternoon Tea and refined brasserie-style dining, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver unforgettable experiences every day.

Your role in the journey

As F&B Supervisor, you will lead by example, train and guide your team, and ensure every guest experiences Authentic Luxury. Your responsibilities include:

Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth serviceMotivating and coaching team membersMaintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfactionSupporting inventory management and cost controlUpholding hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

Experience in F&B departmentsNatural leadership skills and experience managing a teamStrong communication and organizational abilitiesHands-on mentality and stress-resistant approachExcellent command of English; Dutch is a plus
