We’re looking for an **F&B Supervisor – Seafood Specialist** who will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-quality service, and bring specialist knowledge of seafood preparation, presentation, and guest engagement to deliver an exceptional 5-star dining experience. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Supervising daily operations in the seafood dining outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service. Leading and motivating the service team to deliver premium, guest-focused experiences. Advising guests on seafood selections, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions. Working closely with the culinary team to ensure seafood dishes are presented to the highest standard. Training colleagues on seafood knowledge, service standards, and up-selling techniques. Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing feedback with professionalism and prompt action. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. Assisting with stock management, inventory control, and shift scheduling. **What we need from you:** **Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury dining environment** , with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. **Specialist knowledge of seafood service** , including menu descriptions, preparation methods, and food safety. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining service excellence.
