We’re looking for an **F&B Supervisor – American Cuisine Specialist** who will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure service excellence, and bring in-depth knowledge of American dishes, presentation styles, and guest engagement to deliver an exceptional 5-star dining experience. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Supervising daily food and beverage operations in the American dining outlet to ensure seamless service. Leading, training, and motivating the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Advising guests on menu selections, explaining American cuisine styles, and offering pairing suggestions. Coordinating with the culinary team to ensure dishes are served to the highest presentation and quality standards. Monitoring service flow, table turn times, and guest satisfaction. Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and IHG brand standards. Assisting with inventory control, shift scheduling, and staff performance evaluations. **What we need from you:** **Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury dining environment** , including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. **Specialist knowledge of American cuisine** and service styles, with the ability to train and inspire the team. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
