F&B Secretary

The Food Beverage Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Food Beverage and the entire FB management team. This position ensures efficient coordination of departmental activities, maintains accurate documentation, and supports smooth communication within the FB department and with other hotel divisions.

This position ensures efficient coordination of departmental activities, maintains accurate documentation, and supports smooth communication within the FB department and with other hotel divisions.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

At least 1 years of experience as Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator in a hotel environment (FB or Executive Office preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations or FB processes is an advantage.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.

Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with confidential information.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with five-star hospitality standards.
