Solid and verifiable experience in Hotel Operations, preferably in Food Beverage (previous supervisor/leadership experience required).
Strong results-driven approach, with the ability to optimize processes, control costs, elevate quality standards, and enhance profitability.
Inspiring leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Sensitivity to design, detail, and the guest experience, ensuring consistency at every touchpoint.
Proficiency in English, essential for communication with international guests.
High communication skills, active listening, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
Full schedule availability, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
