Job DescriptionAs F&B Reservations Agent you will directly support the reservations team in driving the performance of the restaurant on property. You will further assist in maintaining and improving F&B reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximizing revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team members. You will ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated to.
QualificationsHave at least 1 year experience in a high volume reservations office as well as event planning experience.Familiar with the hotel operations available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
