Job descriptionWhat you will be doing:
Provide a friendly and personalized welcome to all guests Offer attentive service, adapting to guest needs and preferences Listen actively to guest feedback and ensure timely follow-up Build strong guest relationships, offer helpful advice, and promote loyalty Manage the welcome desk, seat allocation, and reservation book Ensure guests are seated comfortably and receive the best available options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and restaurant Stay informed about daily menu items and any shortages before each shift Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
A cheerful, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality Strong command of written and spoken English communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Problem solving abilities are essential.
