Managing reservations and walk-ins to optimize seating and flow in the restaurant. Presenting menus and providing basic information on menu items and specials. Coordinating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns with professionalism. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and dining areas. Assisting with guest farewell and encouraging repeat visits. **What we need from you:** **Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as an F&B Hostess in a 5-star hotel or luxury dining environment.** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally warm and welcoming personality. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
