Opposite the Ministry of Interior, and steps away from other government offices. **Key Responsibilities:** + Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth seating experience. + Manage restaurant reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. + Provide menus and share details of daily specials or promotions. + Coordinate with servers and F&B team to ensure excellent guest service. + Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. + Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess desk and entrance. + Ensure compliance with hotel standards, health, and safety policies. **Key Requirements:** + Previous experience as Host/Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role (hospitality experience preferred). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. + Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. + Professional grooming and presentation. + Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
