DescriptionReporting to the Executive Chef, the F&B Executive will serve as the administrator and coordinator for the Food & Beverage and Culinary Division. They will assist in daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the division.

Overall Objectives\nAssist and support the F&B and Culinary Division in the day-to-day administrative duties.\nProficient in use of excel, word and PPT documents\nCo-ordinate and liaise with other departments and ensure F&B and Culinary communications are up to date.\nAssist with the purchasing requirements for the division with the hotels’ Purchasing Department.\nPrepare department month end report, transfer and monitor promotions for F&B outlets.\nPrepare presentations and other documents required for the Food & Beverage Head of Department.\nSupport the implementation of corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives.\nAttend meetings and take minutes when required.\nPerform any other duties as assigned.\n
Requirements\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nMinimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity.\nDiligent, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nCompetent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel\nAbility to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.\n
