Your main mission will be: To develop and implement a diverse and attractive food beverage offering, including themed menus, culinary events, cultural experiences, and gastronomic activities for different audiences, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the positive performance of all FB outletsContributing to the recruitment process by participating in staff training and talent retentionManaging and planning FB-related eventsSupporting effective interdepartmental communicationIdentifying the training needs within the departmentMonitoring and controlling costs and inventoryPlanning staff schedules and service logisticsManaging the FB team in accordance with the hotel's standards and guidelinesPromoting excellent levels of customer serviceParticipating in menu design and product purchasing, always aiming to improve the departmentIdentifying guest needs and proactively responding to themEstablishing targets, KPIs, and proceduresFostering team spirit and collaborationEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Strong organizational, communication, and planning skillsProactivity, dynamism, multitasking ability, and good time managementHonesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibilityExcellent command of Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with additional knowledge of French, Italian, or German being an assetProven experience in 4 or 5-star hotels (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with flexibilityAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedulesWillingness to reside on Madeira Island, PortugalProven experience in FB managementEducation in FB management, Culinary Arts, or a related fieldProficient computer skills, including MS Office and restaurant management softwareStrong financial acumen in managing FB operationsAbility to deliver tailor-made service to guestsKnowledge of wines and beverages
