The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in all areas of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: + Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. + Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. + Serve food and drinks according to established service standards. + Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. + Set up and prepare tables, buffets, and service stations as required. + Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely. + Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently. + Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist guests with menu choices. + Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times. + Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning. + Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: + Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. + Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items as required.
