Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an F&B Attendant at our luxurious resort in Mai Khao, Thailand! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests in all food and beverage outletsTake and process guest orders accurately and efficientlyDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methodsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food deliveryHandle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalismAssist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events and meal servicesProcess payments and manage cash transactions accuratelyContribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and maintaining open communicationContinuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfactionUphold the privacy rights of guests and maintain discretion at all timesQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operationsPassion for delivering excellent customer serviceStrong English language skills; knowledge of Thai language and culture is a plusExcellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsComprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methodsUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProfessional appearance and demeanor
